way4fleet – the app for drivers

How the app and portal work together
1. Dispatch
Dispatch plans jobs and tours in the way4net Portal or transfers them from the freight forwarding software via our interfaces.
2. Job in the app
The driver receives the jobs with destination, contents and documents in way4fleet and starts navigation.
3. On the road
Status updates, photos, scans and feedback go straight to dispatch; the position is visible live in the portal.
4. Analysis
Driving and rest times, tachograph data and job data are available for analysis in the portal and in DiTeva.

Devices and operation
way4fleet can work with the way4net Portal and the way4safety Portal – communication and chat run via the portal the app is set up for. Real-time display of driving and rest times in the app and in dispatch, as well as integration with dispatch software, is only available with the way4net Portal. Vehicle trackers and way4fleet can be combined in a single interface.
