way4net Portal – tracking and dispatch
The way4net Portal is the user interface for dispatch and fleet management. It is designed for freight forwarders, transport companies and all businesses that want to track vehicles, trailers, containers or machinery. The portal runs in the browser – no software installation is required.
Real-time tracking and trip history for vehicles, trailers, containers and devices
Geofencing and route geofencing (corridor) with alarms in the event of deviation
Orders and tours send to drivers, track status and feedback live
Communication with the driver via chat, messages and telephony
Driving and rest times live in the portal, remote download of driver card and vehicle unit memory
Digital logbook, driving behaviour analysis (optional)

way4fleet – the app for drivers
way4fleet is the in-vehicle counterpart to the portal. The app runs on Android smartphones and tablets and connects drivers and dispatch. It can work with the way4net Portal and the way4safety Portal; real-time driving and rest times and the connection to dispatch software are only available with the way4net Portal. way4safety Portal – security and alerting
The way4safety Portal brings together all of way4net's security-related solutions: lone worker protection, security and cash-in-transit transports, and the connection to alarm receiving centres. This is where alarms from people and vehicles come together.
Alarm reception from the way4safety app (personal emergency signal) and from vehicle hardware (e.g. hold-up alarm, silent alarm)
Dual alerting: alarms via data and/or SMS, with a voice connection established in parallel
Tracking of people outdoors and – with BLE beacons, RFID or NFC – indoors

way4safety – the app for lone workers
The way4safety app turns an Android smartphone into a personal emergency signal device – for employees who work alone and out of sight of colleagues. way4safety has been developed in accordance with the requirements of DGUV Rule 112-139 and DIN V VDE V 0825-11. The app can communicate with both portals; the personal emergency signal functions (PNA) only work with the way4safety Portal.
Emergency button
Voluntary alarm via the red emergency button in the app or via an additional hardware button on the smartphone.
Automatic alarms
Involuntary alarms triggered by position, no movement, time-out and man down, optionally by fall and impact.
Dual alerting
Alarms are sent via data and/or SMS to the way4safety Portal, and a voice connection is established in parallel.
Indoor and outdoor tracking
Outdoors via GPS/GNSS, indoors via BLE beacons, RFID and NFC.
System check
E2E check, service monitoring, kiosk mode and remote configuration of every device.
Messenger and web access
Integrated messenger and web access.
Scalable protection level

REST API for your own integrations
Via the REST API, you can connect your own systems to the portal – for example order, billing or control centre software. The interface is based on the REST API of our technology partner GpsGate and uses standard HTTP, so it can be accessed with common HTTP clients.
